Unlike Felicia from Vampire, she is not an actual cat girl, she just wears the cat ears and tail to disguise herself since she is a princess of the planet she comes from, Planet Di Gi Charat. Dejiko originated in a magazine titled From Magazine in 1998 which promoted the store Gamers. She then appeared in a short commercial before starring in multiple anime series. She is outgoing and cheerful, but she is also rude and self-absorbed. She often beats on her sidekick Gema whenever it annoys her and is often irreverent towards everyone else. However, she does attempt to do her job at Gamers properly and the owner seems okay with her. She has an odd love-hate relationship with her coworker and rival Rabi-en-Rose or Usada Hikaru. She also ends almost every sentence with -nyo. She wants to become an idol and becomes very pleased whenever she thinks she's being praised. Two otaku customers who frequent Gamers are fans of her, walking around in T shirts depicting her. In Winter Garden, she is portrayed very differently. She is a kind and normal, if shy, teenage girl. She does not wear her standard outfit from the rest of the Di Gi Charat series and is no longer drawn in a chibi-esque style like she is in the rest of the series.
